ADC spent 70 million dollars to acquire distribution rack supplier century man newsletter

China Telecom wiring rack supplier century communication was recently acquired by ADC (ADCT.NSADAQ) company, involving about 70 million dollars. Century people's communications products include communication wiring racks, including many of China's telecommunications service providers and operators, such as Mobile, China Telecom and so on. Over the last 12 months of September 30, 2007, the sales of century communications reached around 40 million dollars. ADC has paid 55 million of dollars in cash to buy a century-old newsletter and will pay up to $15 million in the next 36 months. ADC provides connectivity to a wide range of global wired, wireless and other networks. Leverage their network infrastructure devices and services to enable residential, business, and mobile users to use high-speed Internet, data, video, and voice services. ADC believes that with the use and deployment of 3G and fibre to household solutions in China, the acquisition of century-man communications will allow ADC to hold more opportunities.
