Adobe sued by start-up company for Photoshop or suspected plagiarism

Byong Mok Oh created the Everyscape in 2002 and plans to offer high-definition images of streets and shops dedicated to the business directory. In street imagery, Google beat it with Street View services, and since then, Everyscape has focused on 3D virtual tours within the store.　　Everyscape currently has 50 employees and plans to increase it by one fold. Everyscape and Byong Mok said in the lawsuit that Adobe violated two copyrights owned by the company.　　These two copyrights, respectively, were granted in 2008 and 2009, involving an image-editing technique known as the "structure-preserving clone brush" (Businessesflat-out preserving clone brush). Byong Mok Oh developed this technology during a Ph. D. In MIT, and has since 2005 been selling the Photoshop plug-in through another company he founded--MOK3. He said in the lawsuit that after he started selling the plugin, Adobe had integrated a new feature called Vanishing Point in the new Photoshop Vanishing.　　He said the "vanishing point" copied his plug-in technology.
