Beijing time Tuesday Evening News, AmerisourceBergen Corp. announced that it would carry out a split of two shares in its common stock and would raise its dividend by 20% from the third quarter to 6 cents per share.　　The company reiterated that it is expected to continue operations in the 2009 fiscal year after diluted earnings per share of 3.18-3.30 U.S. dollars, or split earnings per share of 1.59-1.65 U.S. dollars. The company is earning $2.89 per share in fiscal 2008, or 1.44 dollars per share after the split adjustment.
