AMR Awadallah: Compressing large data with Hadoop from Cloudera-products and Technologies

"We all know how to store data, but we don't know how to deal with it or answer some questions about data," said Cloudera, founder and CTO of Awadallah, a recent visit to China. We can use Hadoop to keep the data longer, and to do a good calculation and computation of the data.

1. Flexibility, scalability. However, it does not have enough flexibility, and Hadoop is able to use a program that is read-and-write, and we just have to work with some files to get these files in the original form to Hadoop, no matter what format I can handle.

2. can be extended. The so-called extension is to be able to extend the hardware, the computer, but also to expand human capabilities. In the traditional way, you have to do complex operations in a predefined way, regardless of design tasks or other programs, to be able to expand successfully. Hadoop only needs to add servers, do not need to do tables or other levels of operation, and do not need to write programs, so the system will be you allocate more servers.
