Transfer data from the enterprise server to the Cloud data center or copy the meter from the cloud data center via disk, mobile storage device, etc. at present some cloud supplier will take some effective artificial network mode when transferring data to the enterprise in order to speed up the data transferring. For example, a company in the data transfer to customers will provide a dual-Gigabit Ethernet Interface Storage Server, when the customer's data copy completed, the company will take away the server and copy the data to the Cloud data center.

Furthermore, in order to effectively transfer the data warehouse to the cloud, we need to properly structure the data and use the correct data analysis tools and migration methods. At present, there are three kinds of data migration, namely: the system before switching through the tool migration, system switching before the use of manual input, system switching through the new system generation. Combined with the current situation of various institutions, we use the "system switch before the tool migration" approach mostly. The data in the traditional relational database should be transferred to the cloud. Non-relational database needs a lot of problems, one is to solve how to extract large amount of data from relational database to cloud file system and database quickly and efficiently, and the second is the problem of data conversion. Regardless of the method and strategy adopted, the data must be checked after the migration, and the integrality and consistency of the data should be examined.

Regardless of the security data transfer scheme used by the enterprise, attention must be paid to data loss and backup. For sensitive data, many cloud supplies are lacking in long-term processing experience. Moreover, the way data is used in cloud services is shared storage, which makes security policies that are easy to implement in traditional chimney architectures to be risky in a cloud environment. It is recommended here that enterprises should carefully assess the choice of cloud storage service providers, carefully review the security protection measures and standards adopted by the cloud vendors, and propose appropriate adjustments and modifications in the light of their actual situation. It also requires the cloud provider to provide monitoring capabilities, monitor the people accessing the data, and encrypt the core data.

Finally, if the enterprise is dissatisfied with the services provided by the current cloud provider and needs to change the service provider, how to transfer data between the two service providers? This should be a very difficult problem at the moment. As cloud storage is still in its infancy, each cloud vendor uses its own encryption or transmission mechanism to differentiate itself from other vendors. Therefore, there is no uniform standard of norms and constraints. Many cloud storage vendors cannot migrate customer data directly to another vendor, and when a service fails, the data is returned to the customer, who then goes to another cloud vendor or stores the data on the local server. This will virtually add a lot of tedious work. It is recommended here that each cloud vendor provide a set of application programming interface APIs for cloud data management, which enables data transfer between different cloud vendors, making it easier to migrate.

Through the above analysis, we can see that the perfect storage and data management strategy will make the cloud storage become practical. Here are some suggestions for the enterprise to take cloud storage, one of which is to ensure that all data sources are included during the migration process. Can not only focus on a certain local data, otherwise it will cause the distortion of the data and information is the most incomplete, for future use buried scourge. The second is to optimize storage. In order to do data migration, enterprises must explicitly migrate the range of data, and then extract useful data from different databases for intelligent analysis.
