Staples's site was developed by mobile technology provider Skava, Staples said they had done consumer research and now it is time to launch a separate site for tablet users.

In addition to the flat site, Staples has optimized a website for smartphone user users, optimized applications for iphone and Android users, and is planning to open an E-commerce innovation Center in Cambridge (Commerce Innovation Center).
