(Compiled/Katy fish) According to overseas media reports, "2011 British Insurance Design Awards" announced the shortlist, from the game industry, "Angry Birds" and "rock Band 3" successfully shortlisted for the "Interactive class" final selection. The annual British Design Awards, known as the Oscar for design, are sponsored by the British life insurance sponsorship and the London Design Museum to award and commend innovative and forward-looking designs from all over the world, including architecture, fashion, furniture, planes, products, transportation, etc. And the two games shortlisted "interactive class" has a total of 15 design nominations, including iOS news reader, ipad synthesizer, microscope cell phone, etc. All the participating designs are submitted by the world's top design experts, planners, commentators, practitioners and enthusiasts, who are then selected by an international jury to select the final shortlist. The award ceremony will be held on March 15, and all award-winning designs will be exhibited at the London Design Museum until August 7. The British Design Awards were held in the fourth year, after only two games were shortlisted for the 2008 nomination of the online game "shark Run" and the 2009 nominated "Little Big Planet", but in the end failed to win the prize.
