This article is aimed at the problems that the IT vendors are facing in the development of cloud computing based on the analysis of the characteristics of cloud computing, virtualization and e-government, this paper proposes a cloud computing solution based on VMware virtualization technology, and expounds in detail from the technical feasibility of the scheme and the concrete deployment implementation angle. Through the solution it vendors to the Cloud Computing Center resource Effective integration, in an efficient, cost-effective way to provide customers with infrastructure based on the IaaS cloud services, and the government can also be based on this solution to achieve the traditional e-government cloud e-government. Cloud computing represents a green computing model, in order to realize the "one-stop" service experience of e-government, the future development of E-government is not only based on the current IAAS infrastructure cloud services, but a complete cloud computing solution composed of IaaS, PaaS and SaaS, through efficient resource integration, Standardization of the construction of norms, the construction of dynamic expansion, flexible government cloud platform.
