SaaS (Software as a service), the software is services, refers to the network to thousands of customers to provide software application services, ERP is to achieve internal resources and enterprise-related external resources integration, optimization, sharing platform. On the basis of discussing SaaS, ERP concept and comparing SaaS model with traditional ERP system, this paper puts forward the ERP system solution and the logical structure of SaaS ERP system in SaaS mode, and points out the problems needing attention in the development and construction of SaaS ERP system.
