April data cold and uneven textile industry has not yet been revived

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced yesterday, 2009 1 to April, China's textile industry production trend has rebounded, textile industry finished 1.0184 trillion yuan, an increase of 4.5%, of which the April growth of 6.47% per cent, the increase was flat last month.　　But as exports remain sluggish, there is no recovery. In particular, the previous April production of major products significantly increased, of which yarn production accumulated 6.7 million tons, cumulative growth of 8.1%; chemical fiber cumulative 7.98 million tons, growth of 2.8%; clothing cumulative production of 6.6 billion, increase 3%.　　It is noteworthy that, affected by the influenza A (H1N1), the production of non-woven enterprises increased significantly, January-April completed production of 360,000 tons, an increase of 22.7%, of which April growth of 30.7%. Some of the indicators to improve does not mean that the recovery has come, all kinds of data again show the characteristics of uneven well-being. On the one hand, in April PMI, the textile industry, in addition to the new Order index of less than 50%, production index, employee index, purchase price index are higher than 50%.　　On the other hand, the total value of textile exports fell 10% in the previous April, 4 consecutive months of negative growth and the decline did not significantly reduce the signs of April domestic quotas above the wholesale and retail trade in apparel goods sales growth of 14% Year-on-year, 4 consecutive months down. Exports continue to oscillate at the bottom. Customs statistics show that April textile and apparel exports did not show signs of continued improvement, but the decline has widened.
