Argyll is a compatible ICC color management system. It supports accurate ICC profiles for the calibration and analysis of scanners, CMYK printers, movie recorders, and displays. Supports spectral sample data, allows selection of source observer types, and compensates for paper-making fluorescent brightener additives. Configuration files can combine perceptual and color saturation of source-specific color gamut mappings, use the CIECAM02 appearance model to connect gamut mappings and profiles, a unique gamut mapping algorithm, and a wide range of rendering options. It also includes a fast 8-bit grid color conversion engine, complete and accurate 16-bit conversion code. The device color gamut can be viewed and compared using a VRML browser.
Argyll Color Management System (ARGYLLCMS) 1.3.6 this version supports SPYDER4. Compiling to support experimental colorhug is prohibited unless the environment variable "Enable_colorhug" is set. The display selection (-y-Flag) has been changed and extended to a specific instrument to support Spyder4 and Colorhug. Added accurate refresh cycle calibration Refresh display mode. Changes in the reading process of the I1DISP measurement logic attempt to darken the light, making it more robust.
