There have been reports that Microsoft will launch a smart watch this October, and a new report shows it is about to launch a wearable device that focuses on fitness.

In detail, the smart watch will incorporate glucose monitoring and ultraviolet sensors, which will help diabetics keep track of blood sugar levels, while ultraviolet sensors will help warn users about the extent of sun radiation damage.

Notably, Microsoft will launch the smart watch by the end of this year, which will be compatible with the Android,ios and Windows Phone operating systems.

This May, Microsoft filed a patent for wearable "portable information devices" with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. The patent says the device will have multiple sensors, some of which will be used to measure biological data. From this point of view, this device will be more concerned about health than other smart watches.
