ATLAS (automatically tuned linear algebra software) is an ongoing research experiment in the application of technology. Provides C and FORTRAN77 programming interfaces to an executable Blas, as well as some lapack programs.

ATLAS 3.9.44 This release fixes the following features:

-Fixed thread gemv and GER errors.
-Fixed the code in the experimental Win64.
-Fully detect and improve the clock speed detection under Cygwin.
-Improved support for multithreaded environments.
-Improved charting capabilities.
-Fixed thread S/dgemm errors.
