ATLAS is an automatic tuning of linear algebra software, an ongoing research experiment in application technology. Provides C and FORTRAN77 programming interfaces to an executable Blas, as well as some lapack programs.

ATLAS 3.9.74 This version fixes an error that a x86 schema cannot build a line threading. It fixes the Gfortran optimization flag. Add Hammer32sse3, Corei264sse3, Power764vsx archdefs. Updated POWER7 GCC flag with gcc4.6.2. Fixed a newer version of OS X due to changes in tool compilation issues.
