Beijing Time April 7 Evening News, Internet security software vendors AVG Thursday launched a new service livekive, allowing users to use a variety of devices to store, synchronize and share files in a cloud. Livekive supports automatic sync to support Apple and Microsoft platforms. All data can be accessed and shared by any Internet device, such as Android devices, IPhone, ipad and ipod touch. Livekive offers three kinds of space choices for users: 5GB for free, 25GB 49.99 USD per year, unlimited space for 79.99 dollars a year. By contrast, rival Dropbox offers 2GB of free space, 50GB a year of 99 dollars, 100GB 199 dollars a year. Box.net offers 5GB free space, 500GB 180 dollars a year. AVG announced two weeks ago that it had reached a new credit agreement through JPMorgan Chase and Morgan Stanley, and that it would get $235 million trillion in the next 5 years, the first deal in the capital markets of Avg.
