Bank releases China wealth Boom index

The index aims to reflect the feeling and confidence of the well-off family in the macroeconomic environment, income growth and investment, which embodies the prosperity of the group and its development trend.　　At the same time, we will try to understand the trend of the growth of the residents ' wealth more comprehensively and accurately, and learn from one side the tendency of the future economic development, and provide the scientific basis for the government, the regulatory department to make the policy, the financial institutions and the public to make investment decisions. The results of the first survey show that China's wealth index is 132, representing a well-off family is more optimistic about wealth evaluation. The highest income growth rate, at 145 per cent, shows that the group is more confident about future revenue growth.　　The minimum investment willingness index, at 115, indicates that the current investment income of the group is not very satisfactory and future investment will need to be improved.　　Influenced by the current high house prices, the respondents ' willingness to invest in current assets is higher than the willingness to invest in real estate; over the past 6 months, the country has generally been more pessimistic about real estate investment (non-home investment), but the willingness to invest in the next 6 months is stronger.
