Surveys show that consumers most often buy goods are "apparel shoes and Hats", "Daily Necessities" and "digital home appliances." In addition, the convenience of recharge fees, catering services and booking services and other consumer content is also being accepted by consumers.

Information security is a hidden concern

According to the survey, 71.9% of the respondents encountered "goods and physical description does not match" experience, 54.6% of the respondents suffered from "commodity shoddy" experience. In addition, 43% of consumers have encountered the "logistics distribution is not timely" problem, reflecting the current logistics distribution in the field of development is still lagging behind market demand.

It is worth paying attention to, the information security problem to the network buys the restriction to start to reveal. In this survey, 18.4% of the respondents reflected the "information leaked" experience in the online shopping process, and 2.6% of the respondents had the experience of "theft of bank cards by internet shopping". Although this part of the group is not high, but information security involves personal privacy and financial security, the impact on consumers, will have a significant impact on the development of the online market, especially in the emerging mobile internet shopping field performance more obvious.

The survey showed that "fear of payment security is not guaranteed" is the main reason for restricting the use of mobile internet shopping for the respondents, accounting for up to 51.1%, enough to reflect the importance of information security.
