1.1 Requirements Overview

In order to implement the work of document 62nd, promote the development of relevant applications, on the basis of full consultation, the city's information work office led by the United City, the municipal tax bureau, the municipal Bureau of Commerce and Industry, municipal Quality Supervision Bureau, municipal Office, City Association office, put forward the implementation of the Beijing 62nd text of the specific measures, Construction of Beijing Economic and Social basic unit of Fundamental Information Exchange System (hereinafter referred to as Exchange System), to achieve the above-mentioned units of economic and social basic unit of information exchange, in order to improve the Government's economic and social activities of supervision and law enforcement level, optimize the Beijing economic development environment.

1.2 System design and main functions

The switching system is a distributed system.
