1. Purchase notice (important)
1.1 Exams that have been registered can be cancelled, but they must be at least 3 natural days ahead of the scheduled exam time (excluding the day of the exam). Customers can cancel themselves in the examination system, and the examination center does not perform substitution operations. It is not possible to unilaterally terminate or change the use date of the service within 3 natural days (not including the test day). For example, the test date is March 6th, and the test can be canceled on or before March 2nd. Except for delivery of the service as required within the specified time. Users need to arrive 30 minutes in advance to make an appointment.

1.2 This product supports no reason to refund within 5 days, customers please send an email to training@service.aliyun.com within the specified time to apply for a refund (need to provide the reason for the refund, order number, test system account), orders that exceed the specified time , No refund will be processed. The specific time range is from the time when the customer completes the payment order to the time when the refund application is first initiated;

1.3 The customer promises to provide real and valid identity information (with original ID) when using the test service and take the test on time.

1.4 The user must communicate with our company on the designated platform on a daily basis. If the platform authority is lost or leaked, we must notify our company immediately.

1.5 After 3 natural days after the end of the test, users can check the results of the test through the test platform.

2. Alibaba Cloud's rights and obligations

2.1 Alibaba Cloud has the right to verify the identity information provided by the user to ensure that the information is true and effective. If it is found that the information provided by the user does not match the true identity, Alibaba Cloud has the right to disqualify the test and the test fee is non-refundable.

2.2 Alibaba Cloud reserves the right to cancel examination results for candidates who did not answer questions in the designated examination room, and will not be given the opportunity to take another examination within 6 months.

2.3 If the user fails to arrive at the test room according to the scheduled test time, Alibaba Cloud has the right to cancel the user's test qualification, and the test fee is non-refundable.

2.4 Alibaba Cloud has the final right to interpret the test results.

2.5 Alibaba Cloud keeps user information confidential.
