October 31, the third session of China Wisdom City Congress big data and Intelligent City Construction Forum was held as scheduled. This forum explores the current relationship between large data and intelligent cities, the forum revolves around large data infrastructure and the application of the upper layer of the ecosystem, to solve large-scale data-related problems, explore large data base solutions to stimulate data mining to bring competitiveness and social and economic benefits. The forum was chaired by Wei, director of the Institute of Information Technology Innovation Engineering Center of CAS, and the leaders, experts and business guests of the expert committee of the National Information Center Ningjia, respectively, delivered the keynote speeches.
