Blitz Templates for PHP 0.8.1 (Stable) publish PHP template engine

Blitz templates is a fast php template engine for large Internet projects, with C language and PHP extensions compiled. Its original design starting point is as an alternative to a PHP template, but now the functionality is more comprehensive and powerful.
