Starting with http://www.aliyun.com/zixun/aggregation/13835.html ">ubuntu 8.04, Brasero is the CD and DVD disc burning program that is installed by default on the system.
Use
Applications > av > Brasero Disc burner (Applications > Sound & Video > Brasero Disc burning)
The start page shows the different tasks that can be done. Mainly include:
Data discs
Audio discs (Audio project)
Video discs
Disk ' images ' (disc burning)
Copies of discs (copy CD)
Brasero can erase the contents of the read-write CD and burn it again: Tools > Erase ... It also comes with a CD cover editor: Tools > Cover Page Editor.
Tips and Hints
In Ubuntu it defaults to 4 plugins:
File proofing-Check the integrity of the disk files.
Mirror proofing-Check the integrity of the mirror-phase file.
Local track (local-track)-You can burn files on your network.
Calibration (normalize)-enables audio CDs to have a steady sound (gives audio CDs have a consistent level).
