Vostu, a Brazilian social gaming company, sued online gaming giant Zynga in Wednesday to respond to Zynga v. Vostu filed a petition against Zynga to the Northern California court, accusing Zynga of entering into negotiations last year on a partnership or acquisitions and Vostu, but it did not. Zynga then launched a social game in Brazil and later sued Vostu.
