British Wang Haite Dragon Implementation and GSK joint venture 17% after the rapid return

British Wang Haiterong (08329) and GlaxoSmithKline Pte Ltd. (GSK PTE) signed a joint venture contract, expected to be established in August, the unit this afternoon, the shares of a one-time advice 2 yuan, Rose 16.96%.　　The current price of 1.68 yuan, fell 1.75%, a temporary deal more than 1.4 million yuan.　　The company announced that certain provisions of the draft joint venture contract had been amended and that a number of new provisions had been added to the signed joint venture contract which did not constitute a major change in the terms of the joint venture contract. The registered capital of the joint venture company is USD 78.33 million (607 million yuan), and the UK Wang Haiterong will inject $1.47 million (11.39 million yuan) of assets and cash into the agreement value of $45.53 million (353 million yuan) to account for 60% of the joint venture, while GSK Pte will inject the agreement value of $3.69 million ( HK $28.6 million) assets (including machinery and equipment) and cash contribution of USD 27.64 million (214 million yuan) for a joint venture of 40% shares.
