It can be expected that smart pipelines are not just infrastructure, but also business acumen, and operators should not be intelligent pipelines for intelligent pipelines, but should first find the business vision that the smart pipeline can serve. Aggregation platform is such a business vision, smart piping must have the technical capability to support this vision, specifically: Build a friendly development environment, open rich network APIs to partners, and support a mashup network of mainstream capabilities (storage, computing, terminals, software, and OTT). The latter point is particularly critical, and future competition is end-to-end.

Operators must realize that simply opening up the network does not guarantee the competitiveness of the platform. In addition to the ability to open up the bottom of cloud computing, PAAs providers are more capable of importing layers (such as Salesforce's CRM and Google Map), It also supports imports of external capabilities, including surface and bottom layers (such as Salesforce support developers calling Amazon EC2 and Facebook APIs).
