Burson Interactive subscription 86.8 billion into Hong Kong new shares frozen capital

November 6 News, game development and operator Burson Interactive will be listed in Hong Kong next week, the current listing of its pre-IPO has been hot. The latest news shows that the company has been subscribed by nearly 77,000 people, frozen capital of HK $86.8 billion, to become Hong Kong's new shares so far this year, the "Frozen Capital King." Today Burson will issue IPO pricing.

The Hong Kong Economic Daily quoted sources as saying that the Burson stock would not be priced at a cap. People close to the deal point out that, although oversubscribed, the Burson management should not choose to set a ceiling of $5.6 per share to allow investors to make room for profit.

A recent Hong Kong-listed domestic gaming company has invested 54.6 billion yuan in frozen capital and has been subscribed for by 27,000 people.

In view of the 832 times-fold increase in the public offering exceeding the purchase ratio, and the callback mechanism, the open sale of the Burson shares will be increased from 18.44 million to 9,219.50,000 shares. With 1,000 units per hand, 92,000 hands can be allocated.

The main underwriter of the Burson IPO is Huaxing Securities (Hong Kong) and Credit Suisse. The transaction is the first in the Hong Kong capital market of Huaxing Securities.
