In the core technology of energy storage carrier, BYD developed the Iron battery technology, the battery energy density increased to sealed lead-acid batteries more than 4 times times, while the cycle life of up to 7,000 times, daily charge and discharge, can meet the nearly 20 years of use time. At the same time, the iron battery also has excellent environmental adaptability, in the high and low temperature and other harsh environment can ensure stable discharge performance. Like solar power plants and electric vehicles, the energy storage plant is one of BYD's three green dreams.　　The successful signing of the project bodes well for the emergence of the world's first commercially available iron battery MW energy storage power station and marks a new breakthrough in the global energy storage technology problem.
