From the initial promotion of capital market establishment, participation in the founding of Shanghai, Shenzhen Two exchanges, to promote China's investment and financing system reform and the establishment of modern enterprise system, we deeply feel that the country is undergoing profound changes.　　This is part of the 30-year reform and opening-up process and part of the transition process in the Republic in the 60, and the changes in the economic system over the next 30 years and the accompanying social change do not allow us to unload this responsibility for society. The most urgent task before me is how to reconstruct and carry forward the news idea that Caijing magazine has always adhered to and advocated--independent, exclusive and original.　　But it is not easy to really pass on this idea. In order to achieve this heritage, we must follow the spirit of "tenet, and different", and accept the elite of corners and construct the platform of democratic discussion.　　I very much hope to see more old colleagues and many new colleagues to meet the scene, we jointly inherit and carry forward the "Caijing" magazine concept. This idea stems from the responsibility and mission of the journalist, that is, "the public has the right to know". We defend this right of the public and we have to serve the public. Therefore, to uphold the editorial independence of the magazineIs the basis for accomplishing this mission. We should not only consciously avoid being influenced and eroded by commercial interests, but also resist the improper control imposed on us.　　As individuals, we are emotions, as "public", we also know that we have to pay the price. Ask yourself, we know that you give this magazine more than trust, much more than you like. We are well aware that this magazine belongs to you, and also belongs to the social justice and conscience that you represent.　　For this reason, what we should also be able to do is to keep a humble heart, to listen to your voice, to provide independent observation, exclusive reporting and unique insights after fully understanding your desires and needs. North, a columnist for Caijing magazine, wrote in his most famous verse more than 30 years ago, "the new turning and shining stars/The sky is full of no cover/That is 5,000 years of hieroglyphics/That is the eyes of the future people stare." This sentence is expressing my mood at this time.　　A more open and diverse platform has been opened to more young people. In my mind, "caijing" is not only the founder and operator, not even you-our most respected readers, "Caijing" belongs to you represent the social justice and conscience, "finance" belongs to a more reform and open China.
