According to foreign media reports, Carlyle Group (Carlyle Group) announced, and Alibaba Group chairman of the Board of Directors launched the Yunfeng Fund, jointly acquired China's largest digital theater server provider Global Digital Creative Holdings Limited (GDC) 80% of the shares.

According to a joint statement by Carlyle and GDC, the 1 billion-dollar Carlyle Asia growth partner, fund fourth, will invest $75 million in the acquisition.

GDC currently has more than 4500 servers installed in domestic cinemas, occupying 54% of the entire market.
