According to the basic Network application mode of the system, it is necessary to transfer the project information from the units of the major construction projects distributed throughout the country to the national Development and Reform Commission through various levels, and the intermediate data to be flowed through the following units:

Project Construction Unit--provincial and municipal Development and Reform Commission
Provincial and national Development and Reform Commission
Project Construction Unit-National Development and Reform Commission (direct report mode)

Security solution for the development and Reform Commission straight pipe Project

For the National Development and Reform Commission directly supervised the major construction projects, the project data will be directly reported through the Confidential network (VPN) to the National Development and Reform Commission extranet data collection server, extranet server data through the physical isolation network gate into the development and Reform Commission longitudinal network of servers for users in the vertical network.

In this process, the network security to be solved mainly includes:

1, from the project construction unit to the NDRC extranet data collection server security issues.

2, from the Development and Reform Commission outside the network data collection server to the development and Reform Commission vertical network server security issues.
