At present, the newspaper, websites, mobile phones and other media and communication tools on the provision of loans in the endless, some criminals even to provide loans for the name of the bank to defraud consumers trust, access to their bank accounts of important information, through the manufacture of counterfeit cards, telephone transfers, online transfer, online consumption and other ways to defraud funds.  In addition, outlaws through the telephone, text messages and mail scams are also being refurbished, the purpose is to obtain bank accounts and passwords and other important personal information, or to require consumers to transfer directly to the outlaws. To this end, the CBRC reminded the broad masses of financial consumers, be sure to bank outlets and other lending institutions approved by the CBRC to apply for loan business; always be vigilant not to be credulous of the small advertising on various media, and not to be credulous of the so-called "loan promotion staff" or "bank loan workers" encountered outside the banking outlets,  Also do not call the loan ad on the contact phone, so as not to be deceived. In any case, the bank's staff, shops and police would not require consumers to inform bank accounts, card numbers, passwords or transfer funds to accounts of dubious origin, the CBRC said.  If the consumer encounters the above situation, should promptly through the regular channel alarm, guarantees the personal account and the Fund security. The CBRC also specifically reminded financial consumers should not easily disclose the bank account information and passwords to the units and individuals, do not place bank cards and identity documents at will, and do not arbitrarily discard card purchase orders and statements, in order to prevent criminals to pick up, steal or crack these important personal information, counterfeit cardholder identity embezzlement funds.
