Beijing Time April 6 Evening News, CDC Software (NASDAQ:CDCS) today announced that, based on current financial expectations, the company expects the first quarter of 2011 software as a service (SaaS) business guaranteed total contract value will be increased by about 33% in the fourth quarter of 2010. CDC Software's SaaS contract renewal rate was about 94% in the first quarter of 2011. In the first quarter of 2011, the total contract reserves of CDC software were expected to rise by about 5% from the fourth quarter of 2010.  Notably, in the first quarter of 2011, the total contract reserves for cloud computing were the highest since the company launched its cloud computing business.
