Beijing time, December 19 Evening News, Century Jiayuan (Nasdaq:date) announced today, the company's board of Directors has approved the end of last year announced the 10 million dollar share repurchase scheme deadline extension of one year.

Century Jiayuan announced December 21, 2012 that it will repurchase 10 million U.S. dollars of US depository shares (ADS) over the next 12 months, with a repurchase period up to December 20, 2013.

The century Jiayuan announced today that it had decided to extend the period to December 20, 2014. As of December 18, 2013, Jiayuan has bought up about 5.26 million dollars in shares.
