Cerberus Helpdesk 5.6.3 Release Email application

Cerberus Helpdesk is a mailbox-sharing email application. It is characterized by the acquisition and recovery of information, the categorization of messages and the tools of virtual communities.

Installation Instructions:

1. Download the file and extract it into your site directory

2. Set permissions (Linux, Mac OS X, BSD, Solaris):

Chown-r Apache:apache *

Chmod-r 0774 storage/

3. Copy. Htaccess-dist to. htaccess (Apache only)

4. Establish database and User::

mysql> CREATE DATABASE cerb5 CHARACTER SET UTF8;

Mysql> GRANT all privileges in cerb5.* to user@localhost identified by ' password ';

5. Open http://www.example.com/cerb5/in your browser and follow the wizard to complete the installation process.
