CHECK_RBL 1.3.0 Release Nagios plugin

CHECK_RBL is a Nagios plug-in tool that checks whether an SMTP server is blacklisted.

The CHECK_RBL 1.3.0 version adds a white list feature.

Number of blacklisting servers for a unacknowledged warning
-W,--warning=integer
Number of blacklisting servers for a warning

Number of times to try a DNS query (default is 4)
