DoNews, June 12 (Reporter An Hong) Cheetah Mobile announced today that it will spend 30 million US dollars to acquire the mobile advertising company Hong Kong Interactive Interactive (Zoom Interactive) Internet Marketing Company to help cheetah international routes to expand and improve the mobile Internet Commercial ability.

Pursuant to the Acquisition Agreement, Cheetah Mobile will pay USD20 million in cash and USD4 million in Class A Limited Ordinary Shares upon completion of the transaction, with the remaining funds to be paid in installments within two years in a total amount of USD30 million.
