Jinshan Group agreed to transfer the software copyright and transferable patents, and to the Cheetah Group has authorized the use of patents, the total cost of about 2.68 million yuan. In addition, upon completion of the transfer of transferable trademarks and transferable patents, the Cheetah Group agreed to award the right to transfer of trademarks to the group at a cost of about $270,000 and to award the technical concession of the transferable patent to the group at a cost of about 130,000 yuan.
