China and TCL to build cloud computing and other cooperation

26th, Zhongshan University and TCL Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as TCL) signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement. In the future, the two sides will focus on TCL's development strategy and Zhongshan University in electronic information, medical and health fields of talent, technology and discipline advantages, and actively expand the two sides in the cloud computing, medical electronics and medical information services and other fields of cooperation.

Huningsen, president of Sun Yat-sen University, Tcl and Sun Yat-sen University have carried out in-depth cooperation in the fields of new display technology and digital family, and jointly built a national scientific research platform such as "Digital family National Engineering Technology Research Center" and "local joint engineering Laboratory of Digital family". At present, TCL and Zhongshan University are jointly promoting the "Semiconductor film materials and devices National Laboratory" Declaration and construction.

Zhongshan University is a comprehensive and key university directly under the Ministry of Education, with a complete range of disciplines and strong scientific research, which has become an important base for cultivating high-level talents and developing high-level scientific research in China. Huningsen said that Sun Yat-sen University attaches great importance to scientific and technological cooperation with enterprises, and through cooperation with enterprises to enhance innovation capacity and promote the transformation and upgrading of local industries.

TCL, founded in 1981, is one of the largest consumer electronics conglomerates operating in China, with three listed companies. In the process of development and expansion, TCL established the advantages and capabilities in the independent innovation, launched a number of epoch-making significance of innovative products.

Tcl Chairman Li said that this and Zhongshan University decided in the past cooperation on the basis of further establishment of a more in-depth and extensive strategic cooperation, hope that through joint efforts to form industry-oriented industries and regional development of collaborative innovation model for industry progress and regional development to make greater contributions.
