BEIJING, November 13 (Xinhua) China's Ministry of Commerce 13th issued the 90th annual notice, the decision from November 14, 2009 on the Origin of Japan, the United States, Malaysia and Taiwan's import of ethanolamine applicable anti-dumping measures to conduct a final review of the investigation.　　The final review products in the "People's Republic of China Import and export tariff" in the tariff number 29221100, 29221200.　　According to the provisions of the anti-dumping regulations of the People's Republic of China, the import of ethanolamine originating in the above-mentioned countries and regions will continue to be subject to anti-dumping duties in accordance with the terms of the Ministry of Commerce's 57th Bulletin of 2004, the 3rd Proclamation of 2008, and the anti-dumping duty rate. The review will be completed by November 14, 2010.
