The final review products in the "People's Republic of China Import and export tariff" in the tariff number 29221100, 29221200. According to the provisions of the anti-dumping regulations of the People's Republic of China, the import of ethanolamine originating in the above-mentioned countries and regions will continue to be subject to anti-dumping duties in accordance with the terms of the Ministry of Commerce's 57th Bulletin of 2004, the 3rd Proclamation of 2008, and the anti-dumping duty rate. The review will be completed by November 14, 2010.
