At present, some of the main domestic real-time communication tool providers have started to provide e-commerce functions, such as Tencent's Pat, Baidu, and so on, and Ali itself is a combination of e-commerce and payment platform for Instant messaging tools. But while the value of instant messaging is highlighted, the risk of use is growing.  The growing number of spam ads, viral web links or virus files, and theft of account passwords are real threats. The report analyses that, as more and more users use instant communication to conduct E-commerce and online transactions, it is becoming increasingly urgent to solve the security problem of instant communication. How to solve the security problems and improve the user's security awareness has become the problem and challenge that these instant communication tools must face in the future development.
