China Mobile 5 years investment 15 billion develop Xinjiang communication industry

May 16, the people's government of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and China Mobile Communications Group signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement, the two sides of the consultation will be in the emergency communications Security system construction, TD-SCDMA construction and development of the ten areas of in-depth cooperation.　　China Mobile will invest at least 15 billion yuan in 2009-2013 to promote the rapid and safe development of Xinjiang's communications industry.
