China Mobile Group has nearly half a year of IMS (IP Multimedia SYSTEM,IP Multimedia subsystem) equipment collection and bidding work before the dust settled, early participation in China Mobile IMS equipment test verification of Huawei, ZTE, Nokia Siemens, Alcatel-Lucent (Shanghai Bell), Ericsson's 5 manufacturers were selected. Among them, Huawei will be responsible for construction, including Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu and other 15 key provinces and south base of the IMS network building, the overall share of 63%; ZTE closely followed, including Hunan, Chongqing and other 5 provinces (cities) of the IMS network, the share of about 16%. NSN, Rung, Ericsson 3 share the construction of the remaining 7 provinces. IMS is the future network architecture that supports FMC (fixed mobile fusion), is the commanding point in the Network IP transformation, and is regarded as an important step in the process of promoting the whole business strategy.
