China North Vehicles held the 2009 Annual general Meeting of shareholders on May 20, 2010 to consider the adoption of the following resolution: on the company's 2010 daily Associated transaction forecast of the bill; through the company 2009 Annual Report and its summary Through the company's 2009 profit distribution program: Based on the 8.3 billion shares of the company's total share capital, 0.02 yuan per share (including tax), and the renewal of KPMG vibration accounting firm for the company 2010 auditor; a motion to provide security through a company's comprehensive credit service for a subsidiary; through the company's 2010 issue no more than RMB 4 billion short-term financing coupons: In the Bank of China Market Traders Association registration period of two issue, each issue no more than RMB 20 billion (issued at par); the period of issue is not more than one year; the interest rate is 2.73% to 2.8%.
