It is reported that China Service Trade Association Customer Service Committee monitored service industries including logistics, tourism, consultancy, outsourcing and so on. Through the telephone and the field visits form, the Monitoring Enterprise Service Hotline's connection rate, the first line customer service personnel service standard situation as well as the Business Hall Service facility standard and so on Total 40 index. Finally, the monitoring data will consider the service level of enterprises, prompting enterprises to upgrade service standards.
