China Thailand Yue's subordinate Singularity International and BYD Daimler to reach the "cooperation framework Agreement"

Today, Shenzhou Tai Yue (300002, closing 25.60 Yuan) announced that its subordinate holding subsidiary of Xinyuan International Technology Development (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Singularity International) and the Shenzhen City BYD Daimler New Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as BYD Daimler) reached a framework agreement on cooperation.

According to the agreement disclosed, in view of BYD Daimler's electric vehicles need to install electric vehicle Networking Service terminals (hereinafter referred to as car terminals), the Singularity International has to meet the needs of BYD Daimler Car terminal and development, upgrade the vehicle terminal technical strength and foundation. It is reported that the cooperation period of 2 years after the signing of the agreement, and as BYD Daimler to buy Shenzhou Thai Yue vehicle terminal products and services base.

At present, the Singularity International has helped BYD Daimler's electric car through the 2014 Beijing Electric Vehicle Terminal local standard access test. The agreement stipulates that all electric vehicles sold in the Beijing market only use the singular point international car terminals, can not use the odd point outside the international manufacturers of car terminals, or BYD Daimler to bear the responsibility of breach of contract and to bear the financial loss of the Singularity International.

Data show that the car terminal is a singular point of international research and development for vehicle information collection and information services, a High-tech products, with global positioning, remote diagnosis and service functions, mainly used in new energy vehicles and a variety of functional vehicle networking and real-time services. Public information shows that BYD Daimler is a joint venture between BYD Automobile Co., Ltd. and Daimler AG, which was established in 2010 and headquartered in Shenzhen.
