Distinguished leaders, distinguished guests, very happy, everyone in Beijing together. Since the establishment of our center in 2008, it should be said that participated in the four session of the IDC industry event. In this year, I also saw the development of our whole industry is very good. And now many leading operators and Third-party service providers are actively transforming and upgrading cloud computing operations. Today I am going to talk about China Unicom's development strategy based on the IaaS cloud service. I report three parts.

First of all, or to introduce our China Unicom IDC development profile, including the whole industry development trend analysis. Then China Unicom is currently spread over the country 29 provinces, 135 major cities, now has 196 rooms, is now the domestic government, enterprises, the Internet, media, it customers, in the domestic data center, disaster preparedness Center, the first choice of information services operators. 2010, our domestic market share is in 16%. 2011-Year income share breakthrough 2.2 billion, year-on-year growth to maintain at 40% high speed level, should say more than the same industry average development level. By the end of 2011, our country has now formed a resource capacity of the following three data. First, the computer room has been entrusted to the province area has reached 92,000 square meters. In the cabinet, we already have 37,000, in the network exports, we are close to 5T. I would like to talk about two points mainly on the concept of data center services in China Unicom.

First, we further define the function orientation of the data center. We believe that it consists of three elements. One is our high-end five-star data center, because our original operators a large number of resources dispersed, small scale of the computer room characteristics. In the past two years, especially since the beginning of last year, 2011, we have increased the investment in high-end five-star, especially in the Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta relatively weak place to increase the strength.

The second location is the service center, which is ready to turn to cloud computing, which is now a highly promoted virtualization data center in China Unicom.

The third location, shared disaster preparedness Center. It should be said that China Unicom in the disaster preparedness business with our Big Brother China Telecom, the gap is relatively large. At present we also in our industry, the big customer application, has already done several disaster preparedness Center's business. We have also drafted the relevant standard specifications. For example, emergency preparedness, emergency management, the practice of some related norms. But in the disaster preparedness Center, we do not have a real disaster preparedness center, to undertake the disaster-tolerant business of major customers, this is relatively weak, need to strengthen.

From the service connotation, the data center is not the traditional real estate, connotation, or to upgrade to a higher level. We also put forward a concept, China Unicom IDC includes our VDC, our EIC, EAC, SOC, we will be based on security, information services, high-speed access, maintenance management, system monitoring and other aspects of the information platform of the hosting services, to carry out the transformation. In order to adapt to our current customer information, centralization, management of the relevant requirements of fine. Including the customer now put forward to the construction cost, maintenance cost requirements.

From the development of the whole industry, I think the domestic information development speed is very fast. Last year we did a number of major customer service projects, experience is very deep, the project is very much. As the Secretary-General of the Special Committee has just introduced, the information in the vertical industry is now very obvious. Many of the data are required to be vertically integrated management, the requirements of unification. This project has a lot of opportunities. Is no longer the former decentralized information system, is an integrated set of information systems. In the local, our current government affairs informatization, but also the Enterprise Informationization, the project also is very many, depends on our resources ability, the service ability to be able to keep pace with.

IDC's business is also to maintain rapid development, because this year's data may not be released, our forecast, this year's industry development is more than 35%. Our customers on the current service model and value of the demand is also more and more high, so said, is also urging our entire operator, in the service of the transition.

At present, telecom operators, the competitive advantage is where? Or to provide differentiated, low-cost information services. Because our operators are covered by the customer base is more complex. From the customer attribute classification, we have the enterprise, has the finance, has the media it and the medium and small-sized enterprises, then their demand is different, our engine room also cannot make the sameness, therefore we have five-star and so on each kind of service safeguard differential treatment.

At present we also see a situation, a lot of IT companies have gradually cut into the industry. Including this year may have seen the National Development Report, strategic emerging industries to promote national enthusiasm policy, is also coming out soon. In the future, in the whole industry competition process, I think, perhaps more private enterprises will join in.

In the second part, I report on China Unicom's VDC platform and usage pattern. China Unicom's VDC Information Data center, based on the traditional IDC service-oriented transformation of an important symbol, it can be combined with Unicom's own in the room, network resources, it maintenance advantages, to meet customer services for cloud computing needs, while increasing the utilization of resources, to expand the new market space. We put forward higher requirements for the VDC design phase.

First, from the resource utilization of hardware, to significantly improve the hardware of it, from the design point of view, an IT hardware to have backup, redundancy, design is very high, according to the peak design, utilization is low. Each system is independent, stacked together, the utilization rate is certainly very low. We improve it hardware utilization through virtualization technology design.

Second, focus on cutting the cost of hardware investment and operations. That is to say, use software alternatives to reduce the amount of hardware purchased. In fact, the total amount of hardware procurement has not been reduced, because our information sources, information nodes increased the amount of very much, I said from the composition of the procurement ratio, the software may be part of the larger, hardware now density capacity may do more.

From the electricity tariff, we mainly from the energy costs, we also put forward a relatively high demand, because we now one is the room for the power supply requirements more and more high, the traditional computer room has no way to introduce the capacity of the transformation of power. That is, in the case of constant value, we can reduce our energy. This is not just to say that we raise the profit problem, is now the power problem we can not solve, the engine room in the process of the introduction, this is a big problem.

Finally, for deployment, it's efficient and convenient to shorten our entire deployment time. Then also formed our service advantage. One is the establishment of a new service model, rapid product delivery, resource dynamic scheduling, integration of resources, to achieve flexible business scale, unified operation and management, improve economic efficiency. Actively explore off-site disaster recovery backup business.

Second, because this year's VDC platform was put into the market and is now being tested on the platform. From the design concept, the new cloud management software and servers, the full use of related hardware resources, to adopt a unified resource scheduling, hierarchical operation of the implementation of the management model, to form a full network of IaaS leasing services. IDC as a whole is a change, the former IDC is a localized business, with the cloud, perhaps this business may have to enter the unified processing, Cross-domain services in the new model. Our current design concept is very simple, is the headquarters to build a central operation management system, the entire resource pool, terminal scheduling management and monitoring.

Provinces can add their own it resource pools to our monitoring management and resource scheduling process, depending on customer requirements. Our income is based on our resource contribution rate, allocated to our marketing of the originating provinces and the resources provided by the provinces, we form the internal settlement of the way.

Second, in the system architecture, we mainly implement the centralized management, distributed service model. Functionally, there are five parts. First, the unified Service Portal, Operation Dimension Management module, Business Management module, intelligent resource Deployment scheduling module and resource pool Management module. We are familiar with the technology, we want to build an IAAS Layer cloud computing architecture, the five major aspects are necessary.

Security, the design of the related to link security, physical security, information security three aspects related to the strategy. The most concern is the secrecy of the data center, based on cloud computing. I have mentioned many times that since the Internet, there is nothing safe to say. Because villains, outsmart, some experts said, cloud computing, whether it will be safe, especially the security between virtual machines, data access control is not difficult to solve. In fact, since the Internet, the problem has not been resolved. I believe that the technology of cloud security will be further upgraded.

From the product, very simple, because the purpose of business development, I have been saying, do not deviate from the original advantages of traditional operators, so we have this product positioning for the IaaS layer based on the four product systems. One is a VPS cloud host, our industry-related colleagues have been doing for many years. Second, online cloud storage, third, flexible enterprise cloud, finally, thin terminal, these four products have his customer base, the first, for VPS, we certainly targeted at the original small and medium-sized enterprises, our next step on the traditional virtual hosting business may be stalled, all transferred to the new cloud host. Second, in the cloud storage, mainly for small and medium-sized enterprises, because after the production of data formation, there must be a lot of customers, need to back up the storage data, is through the online cloud storage to achieve. The flexible enterprise cloud, is the customer's abrupt, the temporary massive computation and the storage resource demand, provides the customer with a virtual flexible compute cluster environment. Finally, is the thin terminal, with the original mall no difference, operators to control end-to-end capabilities, server and storage data computing aspects, we control. The front end of the network access section, we also want to control. So we are also actively exploring the products of thin terminals. The specific content of the product design, the interactive way, I no longer detailed introduction. The whole product parameter design has the idea.

Finally, we have a simple strategy to develop at the IaaS level. First, the evolution of cloud computing data Center planning, the next three years, based on cloud technology, a new data center is a traditional IDC service-oriented transformation of an important symbol, through the cloud center to achieve customer demand for dynamic satisfaction and the effective reduction of input costs. Previously extensive, we have entered the second step, is to enter the virtualization technology, build our entire IaaS layer of VDC. Through years time, fully realize the transfer of the entire architecture to cloud computing. Especially in the IAAS layer support structure, the room put forward very clear requirements. Because many of our next technologies are based on cloud computing technology. Without infrastructure, as with high-speed rail and highways, trains reach 500 kilometers, but the quality of the rails is not good, or the power supply is not. We are now going to support the development of the whole it, the infrastructure first.

The second part, from the whole cloud service development market, we should say there are three directions, one is the private cloud, our industry application. Then from the Government's point of view, since the country has released the relevant planning, the cloud computing industry has been referred to unprecedented heights. In particular, Minister Miao, in the Ministry of Industry Work conference, Cloud computing network related business, we must seize the implementation of the landing this year, to the substantive advance. At all levels of government support, the provincial leaders and municipal party leaders attach great importance to this piece also accelerated the government cooperation. A piece is our base construction, our Unicom group is investing our production base substantially. The second piece, is the cooperation project is more typical, Qingdao, cooperates with the municipal government, China Unicom Qingdao Video Cloud Computing Center, this also immediately launches and the listing.

From the entire cloud computing industry chain, we should gradually build an open and shared, green and unified platform to build the entire cloud computing industry chain. Development strategy, we first focus on doing the IaaS, why? Operators can not even do the IaaS, there is no SaaS, Paas,saas is the face of the internet provider, PAAs is the hardware and software companies into the market, PAAs, I believe that operators will gradually open the relevant telecommunications capabilities, build an open system, to provide relevant developers, I think there's still a chance that PAAs will get into the future.
