China's competitiveness increased by 56 in 20, Cass report

In 1990 and 1991, China's growth competitiveness ranked 13th and 6th in the world, and by the year 1992, China's growth competitiveness leapt to the world's 1th.　　In the following more than 10 years, China's growth competitiveness has not fallen out of the world's top 5, maintaining a strong growth posture.
