To promote the construction of national science and Technology Financial Innovation Center, accelerate the development of Haidian District strategic http://www.aliyun.com/zixun/aggregation/32719.html ">, promote the deep integration of science and technology and finance, attract angel investment, The accumulation of various financial factors, such as equity investment, Haidian District, Beijing, the government set up the Haidian District venture capital Investment Guide Fund (hereinafter referred to as the Guiding Fund), and according to the state and the relevant documents in Beijing, the establishment of "Haidian District Venture capital Guide fund Management Implementation Rules" (Hai Office (2013)3 number) (see annex 1, hereinafter referred to as " Rules of implementation).

According to the implementation rules, the guiding fund mainly through the joint venture investment institutions to establish a start-up period of equity funds and growth of equity funds, targeted to guide all types of venture capital enterprises to gather Haidian, to meet the Haidian regional functional positioning and related industrial policies, industrial investment-oriented venture capital investment.

I. Reporting requirements

The requirements for the application of the Cooperation Agency and the Participation Fund are detailed in the rules of implementation.

Ii. Reporting materials and formats

If the venture capital institution that complies with the conditions of declaration has the intention to cooperate, it shall submit the application report of the Haidian venture capital cooperation Agency to Beijing Zhonghai Investment Management company before March 25, 2013, including:

(i) the application;

(ii) the letter of Commitment;

(iii) Materials to be provided, including: basic information, certification materials, cooperative intentions programmes for venture capital institutions and other required documents and supporting materials.

The above materials refer to Appendix 2 format sequence, in order with A4 paper printed two copies, electronic version and written materials to be submitted at the same time.

Iii. Review procedure

According to the relevant documents, the entrusted Management organization will conduct a preliminary review on the authenticity, completeness, accuracy and compliance legality of the Declaration materials provided by the cooperative venture capital institutions to determine whether they meet the eligibility criteria and organize the evaluation of the eligible cooperative venture capital institutions.

The entrusted Management organization shall notify the applicant within 5 working days of the receipt of the declaration material, and the cooperative venture capital institution should submit the relevant materials truthfully, and if the information is provided, the cooperation Agency will be disqualified from declaring the declaration.

There is no charge for the application and review of the Guide fund.
