The State Administration for Industry and Commerce is responsible for speeding up the construction of the legal system for the supervision of network commodity transactions and related service behaviors, conducting the pilot work on the standards and services of electronic signage and network transactions of the network operators in each demonstration city, promoting the normative management of the subject, object and transaction process of the E-commerce market Improve public services. To study the facilitation measures of cross-border trade in electronic commerce and improve the management and service level of customs clearance. The Customs administration leads the organization to use the local electronic port platform resources of each demonstration city to promote the Cross-border Trade electronic commerce service in the local electronic port, and carries out the pilot project in the relevant demonstration city organization.

Nine, actively promote the standardization of electronic commerce construction.
