Thinksmart Technology strengthens the wireless network infrastructure and provides positioning analysis for service providers and business customers. Its location analysis is aimed at the action information of the place, including time, flow mode, residence time and so on. Cisco believes that this information allows businesses, site operators to improve the user experience by identifying the right staffing, reducing latency, optimizing business processes, and improving customer flows.
